This is a shameless take off on the daily menu at Ad Hoc, Thomas Keller’s ‘downscale’ counterpart to The French Laundry. He always presents a fixed menu- salad, entree, cheese, and dessert, and it usually sounds fantastic. I hope this measures up.
So, without further ado, here is tonight’s menu:
Baby lettuce and radish salad with scallion-buttermilk dressing
Rustic chicken and andouille jambalaya
Gourmandoise, Comte, and sharp Cheddar
Dark chocolate brownies a la mode
