BLTs

A well executed BLT can be a wonderful thing.  We made these sandwiches at mom’s house on our recent trip to the coast.  Creole tomatoes, romaine lettuce, Boar’s Head bacon, and surprisingly good multigrain bread from Wal-Mart in the pass.

We served it with a little spring mix dressed with a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette.  A simple, delicious summer lunch.
