This is a quick one- only one picture. For dinner Tuesday night, we had grilled flank steak (a standby at our house), along with sauteed kale and chard and mashed cauliflower.
The flank steak was predictably good- toothsome, beefy, and satisfying. The greens were a welcome change from our customary sauteed spinach- earthy with a satisfying chew. The cauliflower was the unquestioned star, however- steamed and then pureed in the food processor with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Thanks to Jennifer for executing it perfectly!
