Hangover prevention

Here is my all-time best recommendation for hangover avoidance.  Eat eggs before you go to bed.  I don’t know why, but eggs seem to be the best protein source for keeping hangovers at bay.  Here’s an omelette I made for Jen & I after the party last night.
